Q: How do I browse for products?
A: You can browse any category you prefer, Clicking on any of the categories in the navigation (Brands, Skin type Skin concern, pregnant, teens, Ingredients or our Skinsmart Bundles) will take you to the shop page which will automatically filter on the category you chose. You can also browse through the Skincare shop through the Skincare shop link in the navigation from here you can filter on a brand, category, ingredients and filter on a specific price range of your choice.
Q: How to save a product to my wishlist?
A: On the shop page click on the heart in the upper left corner of the product and on the product view click on the heart icon next to the Add to cart button to add the item to your wishlist
Q: Who do I contact regarding a query?

Q: How is my payment secure?
A: All transactions are encrypted using appropriate encryption technology. Refer to the Delivery Policy and Information section
Q: With what can I pay?
We are committed to providing secure online payment facilities. All transactions are encrypted using appropriate encryption technology and payment can be made either via:
A: 1. debit card
2. credit card: where payment is made by credit card, we may require additional information in order to authorise and/or verify the validity of payment. In such cases we are entitled to withhold delivery until such time as the additional information is received by us and authorisation is obtained by us for the purchase price/amounts concerned. If we do not receive authorisation your order for the products will be cancelled.

Q: How do I use a gift voucher or discount voucher code?
A: Voucher or Coupon codes can be entered as part of the checkout process. Enter your coupon code into the field.
Q: How do I update my contact details?
A: Log in to your Skinsmart account, from your dashboard you can navigate to update account details, or on the left side menu you can navigate to Account details. Here you will be able to update all your info.
Q: How do I view or track my orders?
A: You can log in to your Skinsmart account, From your account page navigate to My orders here you will see your order history swell as what you ordered when
There are several ways to browse:
Complete the Skinsmart Assessment and Dr Kesiree Naidoo will recommend products suitable for you
Click on Shop Skin Care where you can:
shop by brand – click on the brand for further product
shop by skin type - click to see products Dr Naidoo recommends for your skin type
shop by skin concern - click to see products Dr Naidoo recommends for your skin concern
shop by product categories - click to see a full list of products on offer for that category
shop by active ingredient - click to see full list of product per main active ingredient
shop for pregnancy – this category recommends products specific to assist during pregnancy, when one might develop a skin concern as a result of hormone fluctuations. This category excludes products containing active ingredients that are not suitable for use during pregnancy.
shop for teenagers - click to see a full list of products suitable for teenagers.
Save products to your wishlist - Click on the heart icon next to the Add to cart button to add the item to your wishlist
Select your products and click the Add to Cart
You can add multiple items to your cart before proceeding to payment.
Once you are ready to pay for the items in your cart, click on the cart iconon the top right hand side of the page.
All the items you have put into your shopping cart.
If you have changed your mind about a specific item, simply click Remove to remove the item from your cart.
If you’re happy with your choice, you can click proceed to checkout
If you are not yet a Skinsmart member you will need to register.
If you’re an existing customer, simply log in to your account using the email address and password used when you set up your account.
If you are logged in you will be presented with your shopping cart items.
Enter your delivery address, bearing in mind that Skinsmart only delivers during business hours.
Select your delivery option per the Delivery Policy.
Finally, select your preferred method of payment and click on place order now.
