Delivery Policy

  1. Skinsmart offers 2 (two) methods of delivery of products for delivery in South Africa. You may elect delivery in South Africa via:
    • (1.1.) Courier to a physical address in South Africa or (1.2.) Self-collection at 1 (one) of 2 (two) locations:
    • A: Suite 310, 3rd Floor, The Park Building, Park Road, Pinelands, Cape Town
    • B: 84 Campground Road, Rondebosch, Cape Town.

  1. For deliveries outside of South Africa, Skinsmart only offers self-collection from Suite 310, 3rd Floor, The Park Building, Park Road, Pinelands, Cape Town, 7405. Please refer to International Shipping terms below.
  1. Where it accepts your order, Skinsmart will deliver the products to you as soon as reasonably possible. We will notify you if we are unable to deliver the products during the ‘’Delivery Period’’ stated below. You may then, within 7 (seven) days of receiving such notification, elect whether or not to cancel your order for the products. If you elect to cancel your order, we will reimburse you for the purchase price minus 10% for administration and bank charges. Any orders cancelled after courier/delivery has been scheduled/on route will be charged full delivery costs once recollected and refunded.
  2. Skinsmart’s obligation to deliver any products to you is fulfilled when we deliver the products to the physical address nominated by you for delivery of the order or the products are collected from the nominated collection point. Skinsmart is not responsible for any loss/damage or unauthorised use of any products after delivery to the physical address nominated by you or you have collected the products from the nominated collection point.
  3. Delivery is free for purchases in excess of R750 and a flat courier fee applies to orders below R750 of R120.00.
  4. Free delivery can be expected within 2-5 business days. For quicker delivery, please contact the Skinsmart team on [email protected].
  5. Overnight delivery is available at an additional cost of R95.00 for local areas within Cape Town and surrounding areas. Overnight delivery is available at an additional cost of R150.00 for national deliveries (KZN, Gauteng, Limpopo, North West, Eastern Cape, Northern Cape, Free State, Mpumalanga) All overnight deliveries can be expected within 24 to 48 hours of being processed. Any overnight order placed after 14:00 will automatically fall into the overnight category for the next business day. No overnight deliveries will be processed on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays or Public holidays.
  6. On promotional/discounted offers/days, i.e: Black Friday, please expect delays in normal processing and delivery times of up but not limited to, an additional 48 to 72 hours.
  7. Skinsmart uses a third-party courier service (The Courier Guy) Skinsmart is not responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond our control, including third party delays, shortage of materials, labour strikes, transportation failures or acts of nature.

Deliveries within South Africa

  1. Skinsmart offers free delivery for all orders over R750.
  2. All orders below R750 will be charged a flat fee of R120.00
  3. Please allow 2-5 business days for order processing, if you need your order urgently, please contact [email protected] and we will do our best to get your order to you in time.
  4. Delivery times are based on information from our delivery partners and are subject to delay due to causes outside of our control.

Deliveries outside South Africa

  1. For deliveries outside of South Africa, Skinsmart only offers self-collection from Suite 310, 3rd Floor, The Park Building, Park Road, Pinelands, Cape Town, 7405.
  2. Please arrange your own delivery company to collect the order from Suite 310, 3rd Floor, The Park Building, Park Road, Pinelands, Cape Town, 7405 during 09h00 and 16h30, Monday to Friday. Collection has to be arranged & authorized with Skinsmart before arrival.
  3. Please contact us at [email protected] to advise date and time the courier will collect your order. We will then send you an email to advise you when the order is ready for collection.
  4. Before ordering, please check your country’s customs/ import policies. Any customs taxes or charges are the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid by recipient. Skinsmart has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, nor will Skinsmart be responsible for any of these charges/changes or delays.
